Booking and cancellations
A court or programme is confirmed when the club sends a booking confirmation. Please arrive ten minutes early. Changes requested at least 24 hours before play can be moved without a fee; later cancellations may be charged.
Safe participation
Choose activities appropriate for your ability, use equipment as directed and follow team instructions. A parent or guardian must register a player under 18. The club may stop play if a court or participant condition creates a safety concern.
Privacy
The request form collects only the details needed to respond and organise your visit. It operates locally on this static site and does not transmit entries to an external service. Avoid placing payment, health or other sensitive details in the message field.
Accessibility
We want the digital and in-club experience to be usable and welcoming. Contact the team before arrival to discuss step-free access, seating or communication needs.

Advertising measurement and external offers
This edition uses Google Ads to measure visits and clicks on the final promotional-offer button. Advertising storage and personalization are denied by default; you can choose Accept or Reject and reopen Privacy choices. Google may receive limited consent-mode signals even when storage is denied. The offer button opens an external website that applies its own terms and privacy policy. The wheel is a fixed promotional reveal, not a random prize draw or a cash withdrawal.
